NTN Instructor Course 6, Self Defence, Tromsø, 14th. and 15th. of March 2026

March 14th-15th. of 2026, National Taekwon Do Norway will host the first Instructor Course 6 Self Defence of 2026 in Tromsø Taekwon-Do club. I am happy to conduct this course and grateful for the trust placed in me by NTN.

Instructor Course 6 focuses on Taekwon-Do as practical self defence. The aim is to strengthen instructor understanding of tactics, decision making, stress, and realistic application, while maintaining safe and pedagogical training methods.

The course is built on the ITF Radix principles, learn the pattern, learn the application, play with the application, fight with the application.

Throughout the weekend we work with pattern based applications, tactical choices, and progression from technique to function. The content includes tactics, knife, stick, self defence sparring, and multiple attackers.

The course is open to blue, red, and black belts with a minimum age of 15, and is required for instructors who wish to grade up to 3. Dan.

Location: Tromsø Taekwon Do Club.
